Many authors and poets have been inspired by the emotional celebration of Father's Day to write and create poems about it. Words from days gone by seem to have that magical attraction that just can't be captured by today's lovers.
Many couples find that they are at a loss of words when it comes to wording their wedding invitations. There are a lot of funeral poems which are written by famous poets and also there are poems which are written by anonymous people too but they are very good. I was looking for something classy and fitting for the best mother in the world, so I went for something by "Mary Elizabeth Fry" which was a very fitting funeral poem.
Not only that, a love poem is written by a person who is immersed in love and imagines that his world revolves around that special person only. Simple enjoyment, though, is enough reason to read spiritual poems. To the poet, he should have an aim with his poem, know where he wants to take his reader.
Whatever you want to write it is basically up to you. Whatever you decide to stay or how you decide to read the poetry will add that personal touch.
